LOCAL SEO in Los Angeles
A monthly plan for showing up in the map results when a customer a few blocks away searches for your kind of business: your Google Business Profile, reviews, new pages, citations, and a managed Google Ads campaign, reported against a baseline every month.
THE MONTHLY
PLAN.
- Local SEO
- monthly, quoted per business
- Quote
- within 2 business days
- Google Ads management
- included
- Ad spend
- paid to Google, from your account
Local SEO is the work a website cannot do once, sold as a monthly plan that we quote per business. Each month covers Google Business Profile management, review generation, review responses, on-page improvements, three new service or location pages, and up to five new citations.
Google Ads management is included: we run one campaign while the SEO compounds. You pay Google for the ad spend directly from your own account.
Before we change anything, we record a baseline. Every month after, you get a one-page report in plain English: what changed, what moved, what's next. And before you sign at all, we check whether SEO would pay for itself in your market. For newer businesses it often doesn't yet, and we say so. The quote is priced off that same look at your market. It comes back within 2 business days.
Not ready for the full plan? The profile piece is sold on its own: Google Business Profile management at $299 a month, with the work carrying over if you move up later.
THE LAYER IN
EVERY BUILD.
Local SEO stands on a technical foundation, and that part isn't an upsell here. It ships with every website we build:
- Semantic HTML and a clean heading hierarchy, so crawlers understand what each page is about without guessing
- Structured data for your business, your pages, your breadcrumbs, so Google and AI answer engines read your facts as data instead of prose
- An XML sitemap with honest last-modified dates, and canonical URLs so near-identical pages consolidate instead of splitting their ranking signals
- A title and meta description written for each page, people first, rankings second
- Pages fast enough to pass Core Web Vitals, because page experience is a ranking signal and slow sites lose phone visitors
If your site was built elsewhere, we audit it before the plan starts and list what's actually in the way, with the fixes priced as hourly work.
WHAT TO EXPECT, WHEN.
One thing we won't promise: a #1 ranking, a guaranteed spot, or a fixed number of leads. Google doesn't sell placement, so nobody can honestly sell you one.
Foundation. Site structure, technical fixes, Google Business Profile, baseline measurement. In this stretch you see the work more than the results.
Early movement on the easier searches: specific services, nearby neighborhoods. In less competitive markets, the first trackable calls show up here.
Where most clients feel the difference. Rankings settle, reviews accumulate, and the new pages start pulling their own traffic.
What competitive industries and crowded areas genuinely take. If that's your market, we tell you before you sign, not after.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
-
What does the Local SEO plan cover each month?
The ongoing work that gets a business into the map results: managing your Google Business Profile, generating reviews, answering them, improving existing pages, publishing three new service or location pages, adding up to five citations, and running a managed Google Ads campaign. Every month closes with a one-page report against the baseline we recorded at the start.
-
What is the difference between Local SEO and the SEO built into the website?
The build gives you the technical layer once: semantic markup, structured data, sitemaps, canonical URLs, per-page titles, meta descriptions, and pages fast enough to pass Core Web Vitals. Local SEO is the work a build cannot do once, because it has to keep happening: profile management, reviews, new pages, citations, ads. The first is a foundation. The second is the competing.
-
How long until I see results?
Weeks 1 to 4 are foundation, so you see the work rather than results. Months 2 to 3 bring early movement on easier searches, like specific services and nearby neighborhoods. Months 3 to 6 is where most clients feel the difference. Competitive industries and crowded areas take 6 to 12 months. If that describes your market, we tell you before you sign, not after.
-
Can you guarantee a #1 ranking?
No, and neither can anyone else. Google does not sell placement, so a guaranteed spot or a fixed number of leads is not something anyone can honestly promise. What we promise is the work, done right, measured against a baseline we record before we change anything, and reported every month.
-
Is the SEO in the build enough, or do I need the Local SEO plan?
Plenty of businesses do fine with a well-built site and a claimed, maintained Google Business Profile. The plan is for competing in the map results month after month against businesses that are also working at it. Before you sign, we look at your market and tell you which situation you are in. For newer businesses the honest answer is often "not yet," and for them we offer the profile on its own: Google Business Profile management at $299 a month.
-
My site already has good content. Why are my rankings still low?
Technical issues often block good content from ranking. Common culprits: slow load times, missing or wrong structured data, canonical problems that split ranking signals across near-identical pages, and crawl errors. An audit identifies exactly what is in the way, and most of it is fixable.
-
What's in the monthly report?
One page, in plain English: what we changed, what moved against your baseline, and what we are doing next. The numbers behind it come from Search Console and GA4, both set up in your own accounts, so you can verify everything we tell you.
-
Who pays for the Google Ads spend?
You do, directly to Google, from an ads account in your own name. Managing the campaign is included in the monthly fee, but the media money never passes through us. If we ever part ways, the account and its history stay yours.
