Smyle Digital is a small Los Angeles studio. The person you email is the person who designs your site, writes the code, then picks up the phone after launch. No departments, so no handoffs.
We keep the project count low and build each site from a blank file. Design, code, copy, and search structure are decided together, so no part of the work is a stranger to the rest.
Performance and search are construction, not add-ons. A site that loads slowly or confuses a crawler is unfinished, whatever it looks like.

PROJECT RUNS.

First contact
Start with the form or a phone call, whichever you prefer. The form is one click on what you need, then your name and email. We email back the questions we need for pricing, and an itemized quote lands within 2 business days. No meeting required to get a number. A call happens after that, if it looks like a fit.

Design and build
Half the fee starts the project. You review the design direction first, then real pages as they come together, with three rounds of revisions. Copy happens here too: we draft it for your review and source imagery where you have none. Sending your photos and service details early is what keeps a ten-day build at ten days. Search structure is settled here, page by page, because bolting it on later costs more and works worse.

Before launch
The site gets checked on a real iPhone, on Android and tablet sizes in emulation, then against Core Web Vitals. What those checks catch gets fixed before you ever send the link to a customer.

Launch and after
Domain and hosting go live in your name, the remaining half of the fee is due, the site ships. No retainer after that: when you want something changed, we estimate the hours, you approve, we bill the time. Some clients need that monthly. Plenty go a year without calling.
